Warm congratulations to the Shanghai Laboratory Equipment Association for the successful convening of the group standard solicitation draft review meeting

       On August 16th at 13:30, the Shanghai Laboratory Equipment Association issued the "Technical Specifications for Laboratory Design and Construction Part 2: Chemical Laboratories" The group standard draft review meeting was held online and offline. Lu Chuanjiang, deputy leader of the group standard team of the Association, Chu Lijun, chief engineer of China Haicheng Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., Fang Jianhui from the Laboratory and Equipment Management Department of Shanghai University, Jun Jun, senior engineer of China Shipbuilding Ninth Design and Research Institute Engineering Co., Ltd., Shen Qiang, head of the Laboratory Department of Suzhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Wei Yongqian, head of the Laboratory and Equipment Management Department of Suzhou University, Yan Jianmin, professor level senior engineer of Shanghai Health Building Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., Zhao Xia, chief consultant of the Third Institute of Architecture of China International Engineering Co., Ltd., and other review experts attended the meeting. He Feng, head of Xizang University, and Li, head of the Asset and Laboratory Management Department of Qingdao University Ming Lun, Doctor Li Weitao of Zhongyuan University of Technology, Wang Qiang, Director of Laboratory and Equipment Management Office of Lanzhou University, Wang Satisfied, Section Chief of Nankai University, Xiong Hui, Deputy Director of Laboratory Teaching Center of School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Xu Guangming, Professor of Chemistry Department of Zhejiang University, Yang Haifeng, Deputy Director of Laboratory and Equipment Management Office of Hainan University and other participating user units participated in the conference, and laboratory design and Representatives of construction enterprises, including Zhao Guixi, Guan Eryong, Li Chenggang, Dong Tiyu, Jiang Yongjie, Liu Kun, Li Yu, Liu Junfeng, Wang Yanchao, Wu Haitao, Yan Jianli, Yang Jiansheng, Yu Weizhao, Yin Qiangfeng, Yang Weiqing, Zhang Shufeng, Zhu Baosen, attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Secretary General Xu Xixi.

       At the beginning of the meeting, Secretary General Xu presided over and explained the purpose of organizing the meeting, introduced the members of the expert group attending the review meeting, detailed the review process and principles of the meeting, and requested that the meeting adhere to the principles of fairness, impartiality, and openness, standardize the review process, strictly enforce review discipline, and ensure the quality of the review of the meeting.

       Lu Chuanjiang, the deputy leader of the Youth League Standards Group, spoke on behalf of the Association and the Youth League Standards Committee. He first thanked the experts, preparation units, and members of the Youth League Standards Working Group for taking the time to attend the conference despite their busy schedules. He stated that the preparation of the Youth League Standards has gathered everyone's wisdom and hard work, and can effectively reduce disorderly competition in various links of the industry chain, improve resource utilization efficiency, and promote technological innovation and industrial upgrading. He emphasized that the formulation and release of standards are only the starting point, and the new challenge we need to face is to ensure that standards are implemented in practice.

       Zhao Guixi, the leader of the chemical laboratory preparation team, reported to the review team and explained the work content and results of each stage of the group's standard preparation work from project initiation to preparation process.

       The attending experts listened to the report of the standard preparation group on the standard preparation instructions, standard solicitation draft, and other contents. They reviewed the solicitation draft item by item, discussed the 137 feedback points in the solicitation feedback form with the relevant preparation units, and provided review opinions. The preparation units made modifications and confirmations on site. Finally, after discussion among the attending experts, it was unanimously approved to release the solicitation draft to the public.

       After the review meeting, Group Leader Zhao presided over a discussion meeting for soliciting opinions from the drafting group. The group standard drafting group will also further refine the details with the members of the drafting group based on the opinions raised by the expert review, in order to promote the official release process of our group standard "Technical Specification for Laboratory Design and Construction Part 2: Chemical Laboratory".
       The Shanghai Experimental Equipment Association, as a platform linking upstream and downstream resources in the industry, will continue to promote the development of group standards to open up a more standardized, orderly, and innovative new situation in the industry.
